Nature of Services
DeArc provides digital products and services (including AI-powered insights, reports, and tools). Due to the nature of digital delivery, all purchases are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise at checkout or required by applicable law.
Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be granted only if:
- Payment was made but the service was not delivered.
- A technical error prevented access and was not resolved within a reasonable time after you notified us.
- Duplicate payment occurred.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be provided if:
- The service has been accessed, consumed, or any part of the digital product has been delivered or viewed.
- The user is dissatisfied with results or outcomes.
- The user changes their mind after purchase.
Note: This policy protects against requests like "I didn't like the result" refunds for AI-generated outputs.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, misuse, or fraudulent activity.
Payment Method Reversal Clause
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction. We do not support refunds to alternative payment methods.
Refund Request Window
Actual credit timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider and are outside our control.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
