You confirm that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
AI outputs and no advice
DeArc does not guarantee any specific outcomes, including job placement, career advancement, or performance improvements.
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for evaluating outputs and decisions made based on them.
The Services are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.
Intellectual property
All platform content, software, and branding are owned by DeArc and protected by intellectual property laws.
Feedback you provide may be used without restriction or compensation.
Third-party services
The Services may rely on third-party providers (including hosting, analytics, AI infrastructure, and payment processors such as Razorpay). We are not responsible for their performance or policies.
Disclaimers and liability
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DeArc SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE PRECEDING 3 MONTHS.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Odisha shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if necessary to protect the platform or enforce these Terms.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
